(Blue Grass, IA) -- The Scott County Sheriff's Office has identified the man killed in a crash in Blue Grass.
30-year-old Blane M. McCabe of Buffalo, died Friday morning after crashing his 2018 Nissan Sentra in Blue Grass, Iowa, on Coon Hunters Road.
Deputies say McCabe was driving northbound when his car left the road at the beginning of a curve, slid sideways through a ditch, struck an embankment, becoming airborne, before hitting a tree and coming to a stop.
McCabe was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash is still being investigated.
