An Omaha father and his teenage son make appearances in Douglas County Court in connection with a deadly weekend shooting at a south central Omaha service station.
A judge orders 16-year old Delvin Amaya, who is charged as an adult, held without bond and sets bond at 200-thousand dollars for 46- Mario Amaya-Castillo.
The teen faces charges of first degree murder, two counts of second degree assault, and three counts of using a firearm to commit a felony.
The father is charged with being an accessory and evidence tampering.
The teen and his dad are accused in connection with the shooting death of 30-year old Kriss Flores Saturday near 72nd and Grover Streets.
Two others were wounded.
The next court appearances will be in early March.
