(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- Is a local school district making the best use of its staff? That's what a Boston-based consultant hired by the Cedar Rapids School District will be asking.
The firm will review staffing at the district and recommend changes to ensure the best use and placement of teachers.
The 220-thousand dollar contract is being paid with COVID-19 relief funds.
The School District approved the hiring of another consultant last week to assist with planning and promoting a new facilities bond plan to put before voters next year.
