(Iowa City, IA) -- Iowa City Police are looking for the person who they say tried to abduct a 12-year-old.
The victim told police the suspect approached on foot Saturday evening near Oakland Cemetary wearing a black leather coat, gloves, and a hooded sweatshirt.
Police are seeking video footage, and are offering a one-thousand-dollar reward.
