Higher Security At Anamosa Middle School Today After Threat

(Anamosa, IA) -- Security will be higher at a middle school in Anamosa after a weekend threat.

Anamosa Community Schools emailed parents Monday saying there will be an increased police presence at the school to help ensure safety.

The threat was reportedly received over the weekend, though the nature of the threat was not disclosed.

Anamosa Police say they know the parties involved and that there is no immediate danger.
