(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- There's a new president at Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids.
The college held an inauguration ceremony Wednesday at Hotel Kirkwood to welcome its new president, Dr. Kristie Fisher. Fisher is a Kirkwood graduate and spent four years as the President of Iowa Valley Community College in Marshalltown.
The is the sixth president of Kirkwood Community College in the history of the school.
