(Omaha, NE) -- Two men are facing charges, after being found with loaded, concealed handguns, at a court security checkpoint and at the City County Building.

The first handgun , a 9mm Ruger, was detected in a backpack at the Hall of Justice. The Sheriff's Office says it belonged to Demarin Warden, who had been out on bond and was at court for hearing this (Tuesday) morning. Douglas County deputes took Warden into custody, a judge revoked his current bond, and raised it to $800,000. He was additionally booked on Carrying Concealed A Weapon in a Prohibited Place.

A few hours later a gun set off alarms at the City County Building on Farnam Street. A member from the Entrance Security Unit told the man to lift up his jacket. Upon doing so, the Entrance Security Officer saw a handgun inside a holster on the subject’s belt. The subject, Derrick Ashley, was to appear in Probate Court. Ashley was charged for Carrying A Concealed Weapon in a Prohibited Place.
