(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- Testimony is expected to wrap-up today in the murder trial of a man from Cedar Rapids accused of killing another man for making too much noise while he was trying to sleep.
Brandon Johnson is accused of fatally shooting Jorge Maldonado-Vasquez in February 2023.
The Cedar Rapids Gazette reports that the victim's roommate testified in Linn County court to witnessing the shooting, but admitted the exact details were fuzzy because she was intoxicated that night.
