(Rock Island, IL) -- All three suspects in a Quad Cities arson case are now in custody.
Police say William Kosgard IV, and Kadon Svec, were arrested around Noon yesterday.
Both men, along with Matthew Wooddell, are charged with arson in connection with the February 24th Rock Island Livestock Auction Barn fire.
Wooddell appears in court again today as the Rock Island State's Attorney makes a motion under Illinois' new bail reform law to keep him in jail.
