(Davenport, IA) -- A summertime event in the Quad Cities is being cancelled for the third year in a row.
The Mississippi Valley Blues Society says the Blues Festival won't happen in September due to budgetary constraints. The board will focus on smaller events across the QCA instead.
Organizers say they're dedicated to raising funds to ensure a festival next year.
