(Davenport, IA) -- An engineers report citing several issues with a downtown Davenport apartment building led to it being condemned Tuesday.
A city of Davenport spokeperson tells WQAD News 8 there were issues with a structural wall, while another report says there are issues with the roof at The Schricker Apartments at West 4th Street and Ripley.
Residents and others had some tough questions for Davenport City Council last night about yet another building in the city being condemned.
The building is owned by a company in New Jersey.
