(Newton, IA) -- Police in Newton, Iowa are investigating the death of a man who died after a bar fight Saturday.
The man collapsed and died shortly after the altercation at the American Legion in Newton.
An autopsy revealed no injuries related to the fight, but indicated the victim had underlying medical issues.
A man from Fairfield, Iowa is charged with assault causing serious injury.
