Support Pours In For Abused Omaha Dog

The reward money has increased to five-thousand dollars for information leading to an arrest in the case of a dog in Omaha that was found in a dumpster, wrapped with duct tape.

"It's been overwhelming to see the support for, you know, for this poor 'ol dog 'Leo.' Social media responses are just overwhelming," the Nebraska Humane Society's Steve Glandt told Gary Sadlemyer on Newsradio 11-10 KFAB.

Glandt, the Humane Society's Vice President of Field Operations, says they are getting help from The Douglas County Sheriff's Office in the investigation.

The dog is recovering after being found near 132nd and West Center Road.
