Full 9-1-1 service in some Nebraska counties that were affected and those in other states is back to normal Thursday morning after a partial 911 outage.
That includes Douglas, Sarpy, Washington, and Cass Counties.
Douglas County government announced late Wednesday night that "Lumen" confirmed an outage was affecting several Nebraska counties.
Some wireless callers reported receiving a rapid busy signal when dialing 911.
There were also problems reported in other states including South Dakota.
