IOWA CITY, Iowa -- University of Iowa quarterback Deacon Hill says he's entering the transfer portal.
Hill played one season for the Hawkeyes after transferring from Wisconsin.
He took over when starting quarterback Cade McNamara went down with a season-ending injury in week five.
The Hawkeyes went seven-and-three with Hill under center, including winning the Big 10 West title.
Hill will have two years of eligibility left.
There's no word on Hill's next school.
