(Bellevue, NE) -- Bellevue Police and Sarpy County Sheriff's Deputies investigate a hit and run involving a pedestrian.
They say 32-year old David Jackson of Omaha, was connecting a truck to a trailer Monday evening on a shoulder of Highway 75 near Childs Road when he was struck by a vehicle.
Investigators say Jackson was taken to a hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.
Police say the vehicle that hit Jackson did not stop.
It's a 2007-2017 maroon Jeep Wrangler with passenger-side damage and missing its right-front and right-rear fender flares.
