(Davenport, IA) -- A ribbon cutting will take place Friday for a new exhibit at the Putnam Museum.
The new Quad City Innovators exhibit shares the stories of inventors and icons from the QCA including John Deere, Joe Whitty from Happy Joe's, and Otto Rohwedder, the inventor of the world's first bread-slicing machine.
The exhibit is open 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Noon to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday.
