(Marion, IA) -- A Marion man says a lack of maintenance by the city is costing him thousands of dollars.
Surveillance cameras at 35th Street and 7th Avenue have been out of commission since being struck by lightning almost a month ago. As a result, there's no footage of an accident the had there recently.
Mark Ozbun tells Iowa's News Now he's out almost six-thousand dollars in repairs due to the city's negligence in getting the cameras fixed, which could prove he was not at fault.
