(Dubuque, IA) -- An investigation is underway after a man died after walking onto a highway in Dubuque Tuesday night.
Dubuque Police say 47 year-old David Miller walked out onto Highway 20 just before midnight and was hit by a vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after midnight. The driver of the vehicle is not facing charges.
The State Medical Examiner's Office will conduct an autopsy on Miller's body.
