(Moline, IL) -- A major Quad Cities employer is being fined for safety violations.

OSHA, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, is issuing three citations against John Deere following a death last year at its Parts Distribution Center in Milan, Illinois.

Fifty-five year-old Tony LeClair of Davenport died a few weeks after injuries suffered when he was hit by an industrial vehicle at the warehouse in October.

Deere will pay a total of just under 50-thousand dollars to OSHA for the violations.
