(Washington, IA) -- An eastern Iowa man is in custody facing charges of enticing a minor online.
Reuben Eicher of Washington was arrested and is being accused of using a social media app to send inappropriate messages to someone he believed to be a 13 year-old. Police responded to reports of Eicher's communications through the app and executed a search warrant that included a search of his cell phone.
Eicher is facing felony charges.
