(Dubuque, IA) -- An eastern Iowa priest accused of sexual abuse says the complaint against him is a cash grab.
Father Leo Riley, the former Dubuque priest charged with sexually abusing four teenage altar boys in the 1980s, is scheduled to make his first court appearance Monday.
Riley is on administrative leave from his Florida parish where he moved in 2002.
