(Marhsalltown, IA) -- A man accused of a late April double murder in Marshall County is pleading not guilty
Ilias Lasley is charged with two counts of first-degree murder for the death of Mario Murillo and Frances Gasca in Marshalltown.
Lasley was on the run for two days last month before Police caught him in Des Moines.
He's now awaiting a trial date.
