(Moline, IL) -- Moline is looking for help planting trees.
The city's Parks and Rec department plans to plant 100 trees on Thursday in four different parks and green spaces.
Seasoned gardeners, and anyone eager to help can attend one of these locations:
- 8 a.m. — Velie Park: Meet at the entrance sign by 11th Ave and 11th St — look for Jean Edmunds
- 11 a.m. — Meet on the corner of 11th Ave and 3rd St A — look for Ro Carlin-Krueger
- 1 p.m. — Meet at the triangle green space by 7th St. and 5th Ave. Pl. — look for Sarah Mason
- 3 p.m. — Meet at the parking lot by the sand volleyball courts 15th Ave. and 5th St. — look for Bill Able
