(Omaha, NE) -- A motorcyclist is dead after the driver of a Jeep crashed into his bike in downtown Omaha. Police say 35-yr-old Adam Mouw of Council Bluffs was speeding and running red lights when he was hit. He reportedly got off the interstate at 10th Street on his 2015 Harley Davidson, and was speeding when he ran a red light at 14th Street. Mouw was hit by a Jeep Compass driven by Asia Carroll of Omaha.
Omaha Fire Department medics took Mouw to the Nebraska Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. Carroll and a underage passenger in the Jeep were taken to the hospital. Carroll had minor injuries and the juvenile was not hurt.
