(Delaware County, IA) -- An investigation is underway after a child was hit by a vehicle Monday night in Manchester.
Investigators say the Delaware County Communications Center say it received a call a little after 7pm about the accident. The child was rushed to a local hospital and eventually taken to University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
So far, no charges have been filed in the case, and the severity of the child's injuries hasn't been confirmed.
