(Omaha, NE) -- An attempted stranger abduction of a 13-year-old boy is reported to the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office Wednesday night.
Deputies were called to the 7400 block of N 108th Avenue, north of Ida in the Deerwood neighborhood, at 9:00 p.m. They got a vehicle description and partial license plate, which led them to 25-year-old Ivan Vazquez. He was booked at the Douglas County Corrections Center for one count of suspected sexual assault of a child. Anyone with further information is encouraged to call the DCSO Tip-Line at (402) 444-6000.
