(Omaha, NE) -- A loaded handgun’s been seized after it was spotted by X-ray screeners at the Douglas County Courthouse. Deputies say it was in her bag when she went through the security checkpoint at then Civic Center entrance.
They don’t say why she was trying to get in with a loaded gun.
The woman was arrested, facing a requested misdemeanor charge. The handgun is now in an evidence locker.
