(Marshalltown, IA) -- The Marshalltown Police Department and Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation say that one man is dead after a shooting early Saturday morning.
Police were called for reports of a shooting at the Center Street Station bar in Marshalltown around 1:20 am.
Upon arrival officers found an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound. He was then taken to a nearby hospital where he died.
According to a press release, Marshalltown Police say no arrests have been made and are not releasing any details on the identity of a suspect. Police also say the victim's name is being withheld pending family notification.
