(Ottumwa, IA) -- The search continues for a missing Ottumwa man last seen swimming in the Des Moines River. The Ottumwa Police Department received a report of a missing man late Sunday afternoon. Police say he had been in the river near the highway 64 overpass the last time he was seen. Personnel from the Wapello County Sherriff's Department and the Iowa DNR are aiding the search. The man has not yet been identified by authorities.
