Woman Pronounced Dead, Then Found Breathing, Has Died Again In Lincoln

(Lincoln, NE) -- The woman declared dead and then found alive at a Lincoln funeral home Monday has died.

Seventy-four year old Constance Glantz was living at a nursing home in Waverly when she passed away there Monday afternoon. She was taken to a funeral home in Lincoln, where she was found to be breathing again. She died at a local hospital Tuesday. Lancaster County Sheriff Chief Deputy Ben Houchin said the nursing home and funeral home have been cooperating with the investigation.

The story was reported around the world. The results of the autopsy could take up to twelve weeks.
