The Nebraska Department of Correctional Services says an inmate missing from the Community Corrections Center – Lincoln has been arrested.
Corrections says Lincoln Police arrested Kyle Pullen, who was booked into the Lancaster County Jail.
Corrections says Pullen disappeared in late March when he failed to return to the corrections facility from his place of employment.
He started his sentence in January 2021: Five to eight years for possession of a deadly weapon by a prohibited person in a case out of Douglas County.
Community Corrections-Lincoln is one of two community custody facilities operated by Nebraska Corrections.
Community custody is the lowest level and the least restrictive facility.
Inmates are allowed to participate in work opportunities, attend school and religious services with prior approval and without direct supervision.
