(Des Moines, IA) -- The victim of a stabbing at an apartment complex in downtown Des Moines has died.
The Des Moines Police Department says officers responded to reports of the stabbing around 10:15 Tuesday morning and found a 19 year-old victim suffering from a stab wound. He was rushed to an area hospital but later died of his injuries. So far no suspects have been identified, and no arrests have been made. The name of the victim has yet to be released.
This is Des Moines' 6th homicide of the year.
