The Omaha National Weather Service Office in Valley says portions of eastern Nebraska and southwest Iowa are in a "Marginal" to "Slight Risk" of severe storms Wednesday afternoon and evening, and again Thursday afternoon and evening.
This means there is a level 2 out of 5 for isolated to scattered severe thunderstorms for some areas, mainly northeast Nebraska and northwest Iowa on Wednesday and southeast Nebraska into northwest Missouri on Thursday.
They say the primary hazards will be large hail and damaging winds.
