(Iowa) -- An eastern Iowa man is in custody in connection to a shooting eight months ago in eastern Iowa.
The U.S. Marshal Service arrested Kevante Andrews in California on warrants related to a shooting in Washington County. Investigators say the shooting happened on October 7th when two vehicles crashed and one of the drivers fired gunshots.
Andrews is behind bars in California awaiting extradition to Washington County.
