Teen Killed In Rollover Crash In Warren County Identified

(Warren County, IA) -- The teen killed in a rollover crash that injured two others in Warren County has been identified.

The Iowa State Patrol says a Toyota Camry Solara was going north on 200th Avenue Sunday night when it went into the ditch, rolled, and ejected two of the three occupants.

15-year-old Hanna Shaffer of Carlisle, died from her injuries at a Des Moines hospital.

The driver, a 16-year-old, and another 15-year-old passenger were also taken to the hospital.

Their conditions are not yet known.

The Iowa Department of Transportation says 119 people have died so far this year on Iowa roads.

The Carlisle Community School District announced there will be a visitation with members of Shaffer's family on Monday from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Hamilton's Southtown Funeral Home.

The funeral service will take place on Tuesday, June 18, at 10:00 a.m. at Rising Sun Church of Christ.

All school district activities for Monday evening have been postponed.
