Developer Breaks Ground On First Agri-Community In Linn County

(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- Developer broke ground on the Dows Farm Agri-community, Linn County's first Agri-community. This combines agricultural elements, event center, commercial space, green areas, and public art.

The project, spanning over 485 acres, aims to create a unique lifestyle and community experience for residents. The project will be around 75 million dollars. Construction to start by October with completion of the first phase within three years.

Construction will be completed in phases over the next seven to ten years. The development will also include the Maniti Trail, connecting other various trails in their area.
