(Marshalltown, IA) -- Marshall County Crime Stoppers is offering a $5,000 reward in a recent homicide case. Police are looking for 18-year-old Victor Delgadillo, who is wanted for First Degree Murder. He's accused of shooting 41-year-old Ramon Feliciano Nieves of Marshalltown June 1st at the Center Street Station bar in Marshalltown. The man died at the hospital. Police say they believe others are helping Delgadillo hide from police, and note those individuals will face charges aiding and abetting charges.
“We will arrest and prosecute anyone who is knowingly aiding and abetting Mr. Delgadillo. We urge Mr. Delgadillo to follow the advice of his legal counsel and turn himself in. The only way to resolve this issue is to do so through the court process," Marshalltown Police Chief Michael Tupper.
