(Geneseo, IL) -- The city of Geneseo is issuing an order for residents to conserve water.
Dry conditions in the city mean lawn watering is only allowed two days per week from 4:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
Odd-numbered addresses can water Tuesday and Saturday. Even numbers on Thursday and Sunday.
The city hopes to have a fifth water well online by November.
Engineering plans are also underway for a sixth well.
