(Dubuque, IA) -- No one was hurt after a house fire in Dubuque on Wednesday.
The Dubuque Fire Department says crews responded to a reports of a heavy smoke at an area residence. Crews rescued three children from the home and were able to put the fire out quickly. Investigators say the fire started on the front porch. The family is able to stay in the main residence.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
