(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- The fate of two Cedar Rapids schools will be decided tonight.
Community School District officials will hear public feedback, then vote on whether to sell both Arthur, and Garfield Elementary schools.
The Eastern Iowa Arts Academy plans to use Arthur as an arts school. A local developer wants to turn Garfield into apartments.
