Cedar River Receding In Waterloo; Still To Crest In Cedar Rapids

(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- The Cedar River is receding in Waterloo and Cedar Falls after cresting yesterday afternoon.

Black Hawk County Emergency Management is advising the public to stay away from flooded areas until they're cleaned up.

The river is still expected to crest in Cedar Rapids at 14.5 feet Saturday morning.
