(Davenport, IA) -- A Chicago company has purchased two high-profile Quad Cities apartment buildings.
The Quad City Times reports that the Mississippi Lofts at Brady and Third Street in Davenport, and the Chase Building at 5th Avenue and 15th Street in Moline have been bought by Becovic Holdings.
The company owns the Waterfront Apartments on River Drive in Moline, and The Bend Apartments in East Moline.
