(Wayne County, IA) -- Two people are dead and one is hurt after a crash in Wayne County.
The Iowa State Patrol says it responded to reports of the head-on crash around 7:30 Tuesday morning. Investigators say a pickup truck crossed the center line when it came to a curve in the road and hit a sedan head-on. The driver and passenger in the sedan died at the scene of the crash. The driver of the pickup was airlifted to a Des Moines hospital.
The crash is still under investigation.
