(East Moline, IL) -- One person is injured after a car crashed through an apartment building in East Moline.
The crash happened at the Deerfield Wood Apartments on 51st Avenue around 3:30 p.m. Thursday.
Police say the vehicle slammed into the back wall of the apartment and drove through to the front of the building.
No one inside was injured, but the Red Cross is assisting three families displaced by the accident.
The condition of the driver is unknown.
