(Bettendorf, IA) -- The Criswell Street Rehabilitation Project is getting underway in Bettendorf.
Starting today through the weekend, the city says sections of Criswell Street will be closed to through traffic during the day and open in the evening.
The north half of Criswell closed today as it is the first section going through the reclamation process.
Friday, July 19, the south half of Criswell will close, and then either tomorrow or Saturday, the final section will close.
The city says once the reclamation process begins, Criswell Street will be gravel until it gets paved.
