(Cedar rapids, IA) -- Several downtown streets will be closed Saturday for a major event.
The Cedar Rapids Farmers' Market opens tomorrow morning at 7:30.
The following streets will be closed between 5:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Saturday:
- 2nd Ave. SE from 2nd St. SE to 5th St. SE
- 3rd Ave. SE from 2nd St. SE to 5th St. SE
- 4th Ave. SE from 2nd St. SE to 5th St. SE
- 2nd St. SE from 2nd Ave. SE to 4th Ave. SE
- 3rd St. SE from 2nd Ave. SE to 4th Ave. SE
- 5th St. SE from 2nd Ave. SE to 4th Ave. SE
In addition, a "No Parking/Tow Away" zone will be enforced on these streets from 4 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the day of the event.
