(Paris, France) -- A former University of Iowa wrestler has secured his spot in the Paris Olympics Freestyle wrestling gold medal match.
Spencer Lee, a three-time NCAA champion, beat a wrestler from Uzbekistan 14-4 this morning in the Men's Freestyle Wrestling at 125 pounds.
Lee will compete for the gold medal tomorrow against Japan at 11:15 a.m. Central time.
