(Iowa) -- The temporary block against Iowa's law that allows the state to remove books and materials considered age inappropriate from school libraries is overturned.

A federal appeals court overturned the temporary block, saying the initial judge who issued the block used a flawed legal analysis. The Iowa law says the state is allowed to remove any programs, surveys, books, or other curricula related to gender identity or sexual orientation in kindergarten through sixth grade.
