Omaha Police detectives are investigating a homicide that occurred at 93rd and Cady Court.
Officers initially went to that area on a stabbing call, but it was determined there had been a shooting.
Investigators say Omaha Fire Department Paramedics took 64-year- old Mursal Jama to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Early Wednesday, a pursuit entered Douglas County with the Nebraska State Patrol, Otoe County Sheriff's Deputies, and Cass County Sheriff's Deputies following a Kia that had been taken during the homicide at 93rd and Cady.
Police say the vehicle crashed near 46th and I Streets, and four people fled from the vehicle.
Nebraska State Troopers immediately took one person into custody, but officers were unable to locate the other suspects.
Around four a. m., officers received a call about three boys outside a residence near 46th and J Streets asking to come inside.
When officers arrived, the boys fled, but were taken into custody after a short foot pursuit.
The four boys, between the ages of eleven and seventeen, were taken to Omaha Central Police Headquarters for questioning.
